Investment Banking Associate View
The Associate Experience
As a new Associate in our Investment Banking team, you will immediately become an integral part of our firm. Having gone through the Exedra Knowledge training programme and direct participation in investment banking transactions, you will develop function specific skills and interact closely with senior professionals and clients. The challenges and opportunities you encounter along the way will equip you for the next level in your career.
On an every day basis, you will work side-by-side with the experts in our firm, supervise analysts and cooperate closely with investment banking associate directors and partners.
We view the Associate position as a straight path to the Associate Director position within our Investment Banking team.
What we expect
Our new Associates typically have 2 to 5 years of work experience. While your field of studies or major are not that important, we still expect an extensive knowledge of the investment banking industry and services we offer.
Excellent communication and problem solving skills, capacity to execute accurately under time pressure, an in-depth knowledge of corporate finance and financial markets coupled with people management experience - that is the picture of an ideal candidate. English and Lithuanian languages are a must, whereas fluency in Russian and Polish languages will provide you with a big competitive advantage.

The Analyst Experience
The new Analyst in our Investment Banking team will go through the unique Exedra Knowledge training programme and develop a valuable skillset that will put him/her on track to a promising career in corporate finance.
Through rich on-the-job training and active participation in various stages of investment banking transactions, the new Analyst will acquire relevant technical skills, broaden understanding of financial products and markets as well as hone professional and communication skills.

On an every day basis, you will work directly with the partners of our firm, coordinate and monitor the work of investment banking associates and analysts as well as represent Exedra Corporate Finance when interacting with our firm's clients.
Your future advancement will only depend on merit and the level of responsibility you can assume does not have limits. Most likely, your expertise and dedicated work will set you on a straight path to the Partnership within our firm.
What we expect
Associate Directors typically have 5 to 10 years of work experience. We expect you to have an amazing track record coupled with an extensive knowledge of the investment banking industry.
