Vytautas GAISRYS

Vytautas is a seasoned investment banking professional, who founded Exedra Corporate Finance in 2014. Prior to that he worked as a Mergers & Acquisitions Director at a global beverages conglomerate SPI Group (Luxembourg); before that he was an M&A investment banker at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (London). Vytautas started his investment banking career at Prime Investment (Vilnius), where he was an M&A Associate Director.

Until 2005, Vytautas worked in the Diplomatic Service of Lithuania for 6 years. In 1999-2001 he was the Head of Finance and Budget Management Division at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, whereas in 2002-2005 Vytautas was a diplomat in charge of bilateral economic affairs based in Tokyo, Japan.

Vytautas holds an MBA from INSEAD (Fontainebleau/Singapore) as well as a Master's Degree of Economics from Vilnius University (Lithuania). He also studied Japanese language at Japan Foundation Japanese Language Institute (Osaka, Japan). Vytautas is a member of the Management Board at ISM University (Lithuania) and a member of the Management Board at a holding company UAB Ceres Capital (Lithuania).

Ausrine JOVAISAITE

Ausrine is an investment banking associate director, who joined Exedra Corporate Finance in 2018. Prior to joining our firm, Ausrine worked at ING Bank NV (London) in wholesale banking, where she provided market, industry and M&A transactions research support to various global teams; before that Ausrine worked at Deutsche Bank (Geneva) in its Wealth Management division as a credit research manager. Ausrine started her career in a management consulting firm Civitta (Vilnius), where she held junior and finance analyst positions.

Ausrine holds a Double Degree Master (with distinction) in Management / MSc in Corporate Finance & Banking from EDHEC Business School (Nice). Ausrine obtained her Bachelor of Economics degree from Vilnius University (Lithuania) and she also briefly studied at Universiteit Brussel (Belgium).

Ausrine speaks English, Lithuanian and basic Russian.

Ema DAUSAITE

Ema is an investment banking analyst, who joined Exedra Corporate Finance in 2023. Prior to joining our firm, she gained experience as a senior audit associate at PwC Lithuania's assurance division (Vilnius), where she managed a portfolio of audit clients. Ema has also worked as a lead research specialist at Paysolut, a fintech company, where her responsibilities included market analysis and client research. Her career began with internships at Aggredium Finance Ltd (Vilnius), a financial data firm, as well as at Šiaulių Bankas, the largest bank with Lithuanian capital, in its financial markets division.

Ema holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Warwick (UK).

Ema speaks English and Lithuanian.
