Exedra Corporate Finance advises UAB Admen on the sale to NV Poplar Invest
Exedra Corporate Finance has acted as a financial advisor to the shareholders of UAB ADMEN, the No 1 signage manufacturing company in the Baltic States operating since 1992, on the sale to NV Poplar Invest.
NV Poplar Invest is an investment firm related to Neon Elite Group – the leader of the Belgian illuminated sign market having its origins in 1957 and headquartered in Pittem (Belgium).
With this deal, Neon Elite Group and ADMEN will develop a joint business further strengthening their positions in the European signage market based on the combined know-how of both companies.
