Exedra Corporate Finance has acted as an exclusive financial advisor to UAB Saules Graza, the largest photovoltaic energy installer and remote parks developer in Lithuania, on raising EUR 6 000 000 debt financing  through a private bond placement. The proceeds from the bond issuance will be used to develop 14 MW solar park in Lithuania that will start producing solar energy in 2024.
